Grand Porchetta
RM 750 - Serves 6-8
The journey begins with a true Caesar Salad: crisp romaine lettuce dressed in our house-made Caesar sauce, crafted from fresh eggs, Spanish extra virgin olive oil, imported Italian anchovies, and Dijon mustard, finished with delicate shavings of 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
At the centre of the table, a 2.4–3kg roast porchetta — pork belly carefully rolled around tender pork loin, infused with aromatic herbs and traditional seasoning, then slow-roasted until meltingly succulent with a beautifully crisp exterior. A dish that captures the spirit of rustic Italian hilltop villages, where time slows and meals are meant to be shared.
Served alongside buttery roasted garlic potatoes and gently sautéed green beans.
The experience concludes with our ever-evolving alcoholic tiramisu, offering a refined and indulgent final note to the journey
