Michael’s Reserve Experience

Prime Standing Rib Roast

RM 1,200 · Serves 4–6

This is the main event. A 4kg bone-in prime rib, slowly cooked using the reverse-sear method for unrivalled tenderness and deep beef flavour, then finished at high heat for a beautifully caramelised crust. Rested properly and designed to impress. Paired with indulgent sides made without compromise:
Ultra-Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Whipped with an unapologetic amount of butter and heavy cream for a silky, rich finish that melts on the tongue.
Roasted Broccoli with Garlic & Parmesan
Oven-roasted with fresh chopped garlic, finished with Parmesan cheese and Turkish extra virgin olive oil for depth, aroma, and balance.
House-Made Beef Gravy
Slow-simmered from beef drippings and bones for a glossy, flavour-packed gravy worthy of the roast.
To finish: 9-Inch Homemade Pecan Pie
Buttery crust, toasted pecans, rich filling — baked in-house for a proper, celebratory ending

Optional Chef’s Wine Pairing 
To complement the depth and richness of the prime rib, we recommend the following red wine styles:
Cabernet Sauvignon
The classic pairing for prime rib. Firm tannins cut through the richness of the beef, while dark fruit notes echo the caramelised crust.
Syrah (Shiraz)
Peppery, smoky undertones that pair beautifully with the deep beef flavour and slow-simmered gravy.
Malbec
Plush and smooth on the palate, offering an “ultra-creamy” mouthfeel that mirrors the butter-whipped mashed potatoes.

Grand Porchetta

RM 750 - Serves 6-8

The journey begins with a true Caesar Salad: crisp romaine lettuce dressed in our house-made Caesar sauce, crafted from fresh eggs, Spanish extra virgin olive oil, imported Italian anchovies, and Dijon mustard, finished with delicate shavings of 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano. 
At the centre of the table, a 2.4–3kg roast porchetta — pork belly carefully rolled around tender pork loin, infused with aromatic herbs and traditional seasoning, then slow-roasted until meltingly succulent with a beautifully crisp exterior. A dish that captures the spirit of rustic Italian hilltop villages, where time slows and meals are meant to be shared.

 Served alongside buttery roasted garlic potatoes and gently sautéed green beans. 
The experience concludes with our ever-evolving alcoholic tiramisu, offering a refined and indulgent final note to the journey

BBQ Pork Spare Ribs Full Slab

The Ultimate American BBQ Experience 
Our highly-coveted Pork Spare Ribs are slow-cooked for 18 hours until tender, then seared at a blistering 1,700°C for the perfect char and glazed with our signature BBQ sauce. Imported from the USA, these ribs are the true epitome of an American backyard cookout. Served alongside vibrant corn confetti and oven-roasted garlic parmesan Brussels sprouts, this dish is a guaranteed winner for any event.

Baked Spaghetti

RM 68 - Serves 4-8

A hearty, oven-baked comfort classic made with care and bold flavour. Tender spaghetti is cooked directly in a rich tomato sauce made from minced beef and Italian pork sausage, slow-simmered with onions, garlic, herbs and spices. Finished with grated parmesan and baked until the pasta absorbs the sauce, creating a deeply savoury, satisfying dish that’s warm, comforting and full of flavour in every bite.

Classic Beef Stew

RM 174 - Serves 6-8

Slow-simmered and deeply comforting, our Classic Beef Stew is made with 600g of premium Australian ribeye, gently cooked until tender. Combined with local onions, carrots, green beans, peas, and American Russet potatoes, everything is brought together in a rich, velvety beef gravy built on butter, flour, and savoury herbs. Hearty, bold, and intensely satisfying — a rustic yet elegant dish designed to comfort, crave, and invite generous second helpings.
